While social media is ripe with arm chair tough guys and wanna be gangster tour guides calling themselves officials – the LAPD was hard at work chasing leads.

Social media accused the victims girlfriend of back dooring PNB Rock when he was brutally murdered and robbed for a $100K set of jewelry on his neck.

LAPD figured out the suspects were already in the parking lot when MR. Rock arrived – making everyone who claimed “they didn’t care the girlfriend had something to do with it” – look kind of slow and stupid – respectfully.

How many poor people who claimed “hood” jumped on they podcast and dropped a video detail their own personal opinions as straight up fact – we will never know.

What we do know is – a 30 year old man of color was murdered by father and son dynamic duo – who chose to use a location that was owned by another man of color – only to get help from the LAPD while everyone else – let the rumor mill take over.

We don’t want to work with the POLICE but we don’t work with each other which puts us in a bad spot – we can’t expect this logic to do us well when you have people like these suspects riding around playing by their own rules.

Checking in – is just another layer of security but what happens when that layer of security is under attack or – isn’t prepared for the ambush style attack people who don’t play by rules – like to use ?

If there is no respect for boundaries and rules – who is to say one authority is better than another one ?

A 2 yr old child had to watch her father get murdered and we all chose to run with the gossip train Vs stand up and say – no – this is not going to happen.

Everyone who said – check in – before you go to LA should be ashamed of themselves. You fed into the fear and literally did what you claim the media does – but that’s the point.

To us this is a story – for that 2 yr old child – she lost her Dad. We all don’t care enough to see her when she is 20…. 21 etc – but we all decided to speculate – use this tragedy to make it seem like we knew the way the world works from the safety of our homes.
