Tell The Reader About Your Latest Project – what is it about – and – what inspired you to make it? : I got my debut single released on the 16th of January 2023…this is literally my latest project and what inspired me on writing ‘Day By Day’ was the level of uncertainty i did experience in a long period of time….I was trying to get my listeners to understand that even when we get so confused on decisions to make, we just have to put it to God in prayers.

Where do you see yourself in FIVE YEARS and What are you doing to get there? : In the next five years I should be the happening thing in the music industry…..because with a lot of potentials I’ve got I’ve come to understand that more work needs to be put in….and I’m not sleeping on that.

What Kind of Music Do You Make? (Genre) : Hip Hop and R&B

When did you start creating music and what inspired you to become a recording artist? : I started creating music at 16. I was a fan first, then I studied my favorite artists and wanted to be just like them.

How Old Are You and How Does That Hurt or Help Your Ambitions in Music ? : I’m 33 and I know that I am “past my prime”. I also understand that the way the industry is setup today, I still have a shot to generate income. I just have to get the listeners to listen without the “machine”.

Tell The Reader About Your Latest Project – what is it about – and – what inspired you to make it? : My latest song is called Intimate. The song is just me keeping it playa… I feel like it got just enough “hey lady” mixed with some “stop playing like im not HIM though”. The inspiration really came from the YSL dudes for real.

Where do you see yourself in FIVE YEARS and What are you doing to get there? : In five years, I see myself moving more behind the scenes. I love creating the music but I want to be the one signing the checks for real. I still want to put music out, maybe burn a verse down every now and again, but I feel like I missed my window as the superstar. I have a stable of 5 artists and we just all learn together. I don’t know everything but since they trust and believe in me, I don’t have no choice but to make it happen for them.

I make music for real niggas not ya daughters 🧏🏽‍♀️🤫

When did you start creating music and what inspired you to become a recording artist? : I started creating music about 2 years ago but I’ve been writing poetry since I was about 8. What inspired me to become a recording artist is ofcourse my love for hip hop, but also, I don’t really hear or see too many female rappers from where I’m from sound or look like me. I say that in the most humble way.

How Old Are You and How Does That Hurt or Help Your Ambitions in Music ? : Im 30. I started making music late but I’m not that old. Im still in tune. Lol

Tell The Reader About Your Latest Project – what is it about – and – what inspired you to make it? : I have a song in Spanglish. It’s called Papi (Klk) & it’s me stepping out of my comfort zone with a different sound.

Where do you see yourself in FIVE YEARS and What are you doing to get there? : I see myself leaving the hood. Very simple.

Indie Artist @ElenaAnastasi10 on Twitter #ManagementTalk

If this was my client, I would immediately tell her to stop what she is doing on #Twitter and go back to the drawing board in regard to PROMOTING her music online. There is no helping a artist who isn’t willing to adapt and implement different tactics to garner the right attention. Our goal is to offer advice anyone can use to better represent themselves on Twitter as #IndieArtist.

One look at her time line and you can see the problem. The fact is that she continues to tweet her music links on every and and any “I need new music tweet” which will only get a small % of streams for the effort made.

This is ONLY a good tactic if you are – not – interested in anything more then increasing your visibility on the app and the internet, as a promo account vs. being recognized as a indie artist first.

How can she upgrade her tactics? One easy and low cost way would be to interact with the other people who drop links on the tweets that she engages with.

Additionally she would have to tweet about things that have nothing to do with her music and nothing to do with entertainment so that her TL isn’t so saturated with advertisements for her music.

There is a ton of advice from influencers and indie artist alike – which can be found on GOOGLE – there are also tutorials and other resources artist can use to learn how to promote their music in a professional / entertaining way – but ignoring the advice that you are given – ignoring calls to actions by promo accounts and indie artist – can hurt you more then actually – engaging with them when prompted to do so.

FOR MORE RESOURCES and HELP – feel free to check out the Strictly Bidness Website and use the free blog write up to start the process of creating content that can help increase your visibility while bringing fans to your music with little or no effort.

“Help, My Husband is a rapper and I’m struggling to pay the bills” by Dutch Schultz

Recently we got a heartfelt Email from a woman out of #Hartford #Connecticut and she explained how she has been struggling for the last few months to make ends meet due to the fact that her husband is spending too much time on his music “career”.

Her description of the life she lives compared to the life her husband portrays on his Facebook posts are not even close to the same.

“My kids can’t afford shoes because he spends all his money jumping around at local showcases and attending events to show support for the community but he isn’t contributing to the house.” she cried.

The goal isn’t to shame anyone but to offer a resource for women who are married to men who earn no money and don’t do anything that is beneficial to their actual life.

While it may seem hard when you are forced to raise kids, work and take care of the house while your partner sits on the edge of life scrolling his phone until the BIG DAY of the next show, we want to let you know, there are a few ways you can HELP your husband get on the right path.

All the information is on our website and YOU can fill out the form on your husbands behalf so YOU can help push him in the right direction. Strictly Bidness has created a program that allows all the participants to – work – and earn their spots – especially if you are struggling – we want to get your husband working and producing – which starts with promoting #StrictlyBidness and our #Brand

What Kind of Music Do You Make? (Genre) : Hip Hop/Rap, Pop , Soul, RnB

When did you start creating music and what inspired you to become a recording artist? : My sound and unique versatility was inspired by the late Florida Legendary artiste XXXXTENTACION and Chicagos’ very own legend Juice WRLD and started making music in 2017.
You can hear similarity of their flow & rhythm in the work i puts out. I use music as a tool to express my feelings to tell a story and draw my sound.

How Old Are You and How Does That Hurt or Help Your Ambitions in Music ? : I am an independent 19 year old Ugandan artiste from Kampala, Uganda.
I started my music career in 2017 with my first single titled “Catch Up” on my soundcloud.

My age helps me get or relate with my audience which is a youth audience.

Tell The Reader About Your Latest Project – what is it about – and – what inspired you to make it? : things i wanted to say but never did is my first studio album by following my first single titled “This song is supposed to be called Paradise” which came out early November 2021.

It’s about the things i wanted to say but never did hence airring my mind out through the art of music.
Just like how every movie has a story line this album is a story line.
A story line of an Ex Girlfriend from Europe visiting his Ex Boyfriend in hopes of making things work out.
But as the album goes on things don’t actually go as planned, nothing works out and this just makes matters worse.
Where do you see yourself in FIVE YEARS and What are you doing to get there? : In five years i see myself touring across the world with sold out shows. Right now am putting in my all in my career to get to where i desire to be.

When did you start creating music and what inspired you to become a recording artist? : I started creating music when I was 13.
