How old are you and when did you start creating music? 36yrs old. I started rapping when i was 14yrs old. Some of my biggest influences was 2pac and Biggie.

What are your goals when it comes to your music career? My goals are to teach,make it out the hood and give back.

What kind of music do you make? Hip hop& Rap, more of and old school kinda vibe. Music to smoke to. And something to make u think. I was heavily influenced by old school lyricism From N.W.A, Snoop Dogg, Ice,Cube to Nas to Bob Marley, Red Man And Method Man, Slim shady, LL Cool j, Big L, Big punisher the list is endless. And as far as the process. A dope beat some smoke Listen to track a couple hundred times.And write something ill. 

How old are you and when did you start creating music? I first started writing when I was fifteen and have been writing ever since. I just recently started to compose my lyrics to music

What are your goals when it comes to your music career? All I want is longevity to last in this cutthroat game of mics in thrones

What do you want the reader to know about you and your music? Remember me by My own lyrics not by my name I’m not in it for money and not for fame. The music is the canvas that is art that can not tamed. Music is more than what the ears retain.

What is your artist name? My name is 3gotrip (ego trip). 

What kind of music do you make?  The music I make is rap. Sometimes I call it neo-rap. Neo-rap is laid back and cool. I was influenced by artists like Andre 3000, Cee-lo Green, Nas, 2 Chainz, Eminem, Kanye West and Redman. Growing up my mother played a lot of Funk music and Jazz so I also have those influences as well. Neo-rap is merging traditional rap verses with melodic hooks. When I say traditional rap verses I mean non melodic but focusing on word play. What listeners will come to understand about 3gotrip is that I am unpredictable. Every song and project is different from the last. I believe in the old school style of carefully crafting each song. No fillers or average stuff. If it isn’t catchy, original and lyrical I won’t release it. I want to blow your mind lyrically and have you singing my melodies all at the same time. My production is done by Vaporwave the Outlier and Odell (From No Limit Records). I have been fortunate to work Odell who is a legendary producer and he has acted as my advisor for many years. 

How old are you and when did you start creating music? I first started making music in the 7th grade. Someone made a beat on the bleachers at the school gym and I started rapping off the top of my head for fun. Everyone was amazed at what I said! I fell in love with it ever since. From there i was performing at talent shows and later recording my own music. 

What are your goals when it comes to your music career? I have a few goals. My short term goals are to increase my buzz and the awareness of me. Maybe find a manager, booking agent or investor that understands my brand. Eventually I want to compete against the biggest artists in rap and pop music. I know I will be a future trend setter.

What is your artist name?Forgotten One

What kind of music do you make? Hip-Hop/R&B, Motivational/Inspirational Music mainly. The Music I make is meant to be motivational/inspirational, stemming from my own personal experiences and the tough times I’ve been through.  What I want the listeners to understand is that we all go through hardships but the best think you can do is use those hardships to your advantage – by allowing them to drive you to work harder for the success and the goals/dreams you desire.  My biggest influence is Mike Stud, who’s a Rhode Island native like me, when I first heard his music it inspired me to want to make music myself.  Other influences are: Drake, J. Cole, Logic, Weeknd, and 90-2000’s alternative-rock which is deep down my favorite music.  

How old are you and when did you start creating music? I’m 32 years young and I started making music seriously about 5 years ago.  Since then I’ve been on and off with it because of expenses and providing for my own family, which is my #1 priority.  Since October 2019 I’ve been back at it releasing 3 new singles, with a new producer who I felt has helped take my sound/production to the next level.  

What are your goals when it comes to your music career? My biggest goal right now is to build my following and fan base because I’ve learned it’s almost pointless to do anything out without having a solid following.  This year I plan on reaching 10k Twitter Followers, 3k TikTok Followers, 3k Instagram followers, and 500 Spotify followers.  Another goal and focus is getting accepted to playlists, my #1 playlist goal is an editorial playlist on Spotify by 2021. I plan on releasing my EP, “Sideline Stories” by April and an Album by 2021 as well.  I have more aspiring goals in the long-term but I’m focused on my short-term goals for now and will focus on my long-terms after I complete the tasks at hand.  

What do you want the reader to know about you and your music? I want people to know that I’m in Music for the right reasons, which is to help people better their life’s by motivating and inspiring them through my music and my lyrics.  I think anyone who actually listens to my music will see the truth in that because I know a lot of people say that and don’t really mean it. Also, I want people to know that you don’t have to be made for music or be super popular to do it because I’m not but I still believe I can do it.  I want them to take that belief and use it for themselves in whatever they choose to do in Life!

What kind of music do you make? Rap/Trap – The type that would make you wanna 2 step and crip walk to and some you can vibe to when you’re down my influences are Biggie, bravothebagchaser, DRAKEO, skrt and lilgoyard. My process ain’t really much I find a beat that I’m feeling and if I feel like free styling it I will or I’ll write something down then I’ll hop on my mac get on garageband set everything up get HIGH ASFK and just get to work and what I want my listeners to take from my lyrics is you dont needa act hard and rep yo set like a bully you gotta play it smart think shit through do whatever it takes for what you want that makes you happy but at the same time have fun with it and do you.

What kind of music do you make? I make Hip Hop music. I’m a HipHop artist out of Dallas,Tx. I make a lot of different music when it comes to content. I like to speak from the heart when it comes to the topic of a song. I’m not the most financially stable musician so I like to speak to people who live a similar life to mine. I speak to my listeners in way to help them deal with everyday issues and not get caught up in the down side of their personal problems. I would like my listeners to take in the fact that I want better for me, them and us as culture.

How old are you and when did you start creating music? I’m 32 yrs old and I started writing music when I was in the 5th grade. I actually didn’t record my first song until I was in the 9th grade but by that time I would say I wrote at least 25 – 50 full songs to different instrumentals.

What are your goals when it comes to your music career? I don’t know if I want to be super famous, I wouldn’t mind it. But for right now I just want to be able to take care of my family comfortably, while making a positive difference in someone else’s life.

What kind of music do you make? We make Hip-Hop, Rap, Rnb, Pop, Rock, dancehall and cloud music. We try to make music that will last. The goal is for every song we create to become relatable and classics. Our lyrics usually is made during the heat of the moment, we normally vibe off of each other and then boom! The song is done. Pay attention to the lyrics we say, we only use trap beats sometimes to pull our crowd in, but the bars is there, rest assure. We have so many major influences, we could list so many moguls for days. So to just list a random 5 it would be: Lil Wayne, Michael Jackson, Anthony Hamilton, Bone Thugz N Harmony and  Z-Ro.

What do you want the reader to know about you and your music? Tribe Mafia, an American hip-hop duo, is comprised of two talented individuals, Chinasa Broxton and Carlos Moore. Based out of Austin, TX, these “Hometown Heroes” hardly ever have a chance to stay home anymore. Tribe Mafia has had the opportunity to tour across the world to perform with rap legend Akon, land hit songs “Like Cola” on public radio and collaborate with a plethora of other well-known, emerging artists. Tribe Mafia is well-known for making public appearances at local events and for their creative, high-energy performances they bring to each show. In addition to their amazing performances, Tribe Mafia is best known in the greater Austin hip-hop community for their quarterly “Tribe Mafia Listening Party”. What kind of music do you make? Multi Genre producer ranging from Hiphop, R&B and Electronic, Dance Hall, Neo-Soul and Chill hop. Because I am a bed room Producer and only record on my days off from work I have the option to play with a lot of sounds that might not particularly fit within the genre and Tailor it to my own sound. Growing up I have always gravitated to different So Pharrell ,Timbaland, Statik Selecta and Sly and Robbie were my Role Models. My Music is a reflection of my Learning Process and Vibe so My Listeners Will Share my Feelings At the moment of Making said tracks as the title may also reflect the Vibe of  day

What kind of music do you make? If i had to classify the music I make i’d definitely have to say Hip Hop and R&B – Music has been my passion since as long as I remember. Just writing down simple and horrible rhymes. I’ve always been inspired by Artists like Chief Keef, Young Thug , Drake , Migos and even Lil Tecca. Writing a song could sometimes take me a few hours and other times it could take up to a month or two. I just want my fans and listeners to understand it doesn’t matter where you come from or who you are. Anyone can make it as long as you try your hardest.

What kind of music do you make?  Christian Music

How old are you and when did you start creating music? I was 12 years old when I first started writing. 14 when I first recorded. It was a simple phone call from a friend who just asked if I wanted to do it. The heart behind it wasn’t pure until Christ came into my life!

What are your goals when it comes to your music career? My goals is to provide for those around me. I run a recording label that I would love to have all the artist and people behind the scenes being able to do this full time. To be able to get to the next level. Tour and have a group of people who support what I’ve been doing and trying to do for the past 18 years. 

What do you want the reader to know about you and your music? That I’m human just like them. I face things that everyday people go through. Though I have a God that I serve who is beyond amazing. I still have a life on earth. I’m trying to let the listener understand that I go through things but how I get through them is with Christ. My relationship with Christ is what I want the listener to take in when it comes to my music.
